Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

Welcome to Luxevaa. We provide home decorative products and electrical items with a commitment to quality, transparency, and customer satisfaction.

By placing an order on luxevaa.online, customers agree to the terms mentioned in this policy.

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 2-3 days from the date of delivery only for:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Wrong items delivered
  • Missing items in the package

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, manuals, accessories, and invoice must be available.
  • The product should not show signs of usage, installation damage, tampering, or mishandling.
  • Customers must provide clear photos/videos along with the complaint.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Policy

For security and verification purposes, an uninterrupted unboxing video is compulsory for all return, refund, replacement, missing item, or damage claims.

The video must:

  • Clearly show the sealed package before opening
  • Show the shipping label clearly
  • Show the entire unboxing process without cuts or edits
  • Clearly display the issue or damaged item

Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following cases are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, water damage, voltage fluctuations, or physical damage after delivery
  • Minor color or design variations due to lighting or screen settings
  • Used, washed, altered, or installed products
  • Products without original packaging or accessories
  • Clearance sale or discounted items unless received damaged
  • Return requests raised after the allowed return period
  • Customer change of mind after order confirmation or delivery

Replacement Policy

Eligible products may qualify for replacement depending on stock availability.

Replacement will only be processed after inspection and verification of the returned product.

Luxevaa reserves the right to reject replacement requests if:

  • The returned item does not match the original order
  • The product is found used or intentionally damaged
  • Fraudulent activity or false claims are suspected

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after successful inspection and approval.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Customers must provide correct bank account or UPI details.
  • Refunds for COD orders will only be processed to the customer’s bank account or verified UPI ID.

Shipping charges, COD charges, platform fees, or convenience fees are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

COD Order Policy

To maintain fair usage and avoid fake orders:

  • Luxevaa reserves the right to confirm COD orders through call, WhatsApp, email, or SMS.
  • Repeated fake orders, refusal of delivery, or suspicious activities may lead to restriction of COD service for the customer.
  • Orders rejected at delivery without valid reason may affect eligibility for future purchases.

Return Pickup Policy

Depending on the product category and service availability:

  • Return pickup may be arranged by us, or
  • Customers may be requested to self-ship the product to the provided return address.

Customers must pack products safely to avoid transit damage.

Luxevaa is not responsible for return parcels lost or damaged during self-shipping.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Luxevaa reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or technical errors
  • Suspicious or fraudulent transactions
  • Incomplete customer information

Limitation of Liability

Luxevaa shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances
  • Indirect or incidental damages arising from product use
  • Improper installation or usage of electrical products

Customers are advised to use electrical items according to product instructions and safety standards.
